Free Speech Or Just Plain Ole Harassment?

Im not against morons being able to act like lunatic fringe with their nasty, rotten mouths online.  Go ahead, spew all day.  Just stop calling it ‘free speech’ because it isnt free speech when you are just targeting and harassing people.  You’re just being a dumb jackass and it is perfectly OK for you to be kicked out of someone’s home or your place of employment.   When you harass people at work, dont cry if you get fired.  If you are kicked off Twitter or facebook merely for being an ass, stop using the free speech canard.

I got kicked off Twitter, Facebook and many websites for calling out Communism: which is true censorship & I have resentment towards this.

However, Twitter and Facebook are private companies.  And, if they dont want your content there, thats just the way it is.  Sorry. I hate it, you hate it also but if Twitter and FB are private companies, they can do what they wish.

  • QV3

but if Twitter and FB are private companies, they can do what they wish.

Precisely why China BANNED them. For pushing Leftist agenda to instigate, be agent provocateur, and destabiliser of Chinese society.

In America Conservatives are routinely shadow-banned, suspended or expelled permanently simply because they speak of God, America, or Trump in a positive way. More so now, with President’s Trump Takedown of the Deep State, Obama and Hillary’s acts of treachery, and the release of the Memo. America is ruled by Leftists, Liberals, feminists, as I always assert.

Abhinav Vadrevu, a former Twitter software engineer, admitted Twitter engages in “shadow banning” conservative and libertarian accounts: “The idea of a shadow ban is that you ban somebody but they don’t know they’ve been banned because they keep posting but no one sees their content. So they just thank that no one is engaging with their content when in reality, no one is seeing it.”

    Google is BANNED IN CHINA.

    • Good, so glad they are.

Eastern governments, as well as East European governments scour for Fake News from the West and warn their citizens of the “Exasperating farrago of distortions, misrepresentations & outright lies being broadcast by an unprincipled showman masquerading as a journalist.” hitting at the US media channels, including google, twitter, youtube, and the entire western media – including West Europe.

        FARRAGO: ‘A confused mixture’.
EXASPERATING FARRAGO: ‘Intensely irritating; infuriating’ ‘confused mixture’.
*All definitions, unless specified, sourced from Oxford Dictionary

        • Thats the ‘news’ now. Which is why I never read it.

          • QV3

MJ, did you read this? Wow. The effects of Conservative President Trump is bearing fruit. Hold your breath! The New York Post, now painfully acknowledging and realising the Trump genie is out of the bottle, unlikely to return, adn terrified of a shut down FINALLY produced a truthful article.

Peeling back the layers of Hillary Clinton’s deceit.
            From the New York Post.

For law enforcement, Congress and even journalists, exposing misdeeds is like peeling an onion. Each layer you remove gets you closer to the truth.

So it is with the scandalous behavior of the FBI during its probe into whether President Trump’s campaign conspired with Russia in 2016. One layer at a time, we’re learning how flawed and dirty that probe was.

A top layer involves the texts between FBI lawyer Lisa Page and her married lover, Peter Strzok, the lead agent on the Hillary Clinton e-mail probe. They casually mention an “insurance policy” in the event Trump won the election and a plan for Strzok to go easy on Clinton because she probably would be their next boss.

Those exchanges, seen in the light of subsequent events, lead to a reasonable conclusion that the fix was in among then-Director James Comey’s team to hurt Trump and help Clinton.

Another layer involves the declassified House memo, which indicates the FBI and Justice Department depended heavily on the unverified Russian dossier about Trump to get a warrant to spy on Carter Page, an American citizen and briefly a Trump adviser.

The House memo also reveals that Comey and others withheld from the secret surveillance court key partisan facts that would have cast doubt on the dossier. Officials never revealed to the judges that the document was paid for by Clinton’s campaign and the Democratic National Committee or that Christopher Steele, the former British spy who compiled the dossier, said he was “desperate that Donald Trump not get elected.”

A third layer of the onion involves the revelations in the letter GOP Sens. Charles Grassley and Lindsey Graham wrote to the Justice Department. They urge a criminal investigation into whether Steele lied to the FBI about how much and when he fed the dossier to the anti-Trump media.

The letter is compelling in showing that Steele said one thing under oath to a British court and something different to the FBI. The contradictions matter because the agency relied on Steele’s credibility in both the FISA applications and its actual investigation. Strangely, even after it fired him for breaking its rule forbidding media contact, the FBI continued to praise his credibility in court.

If that were all the senators’ letter accomplished, it would be enough. But it does much more.

It also reveals that two former journalists linked to Clinton, separately identified as the odious Sidney Blumenthal and a man named Cody Shearer, created and gave a State Department official additional unverified allegations against Trump.

The official passed those documents to Steele, who passed them to the FBI, which reportedly saw them as further evidence that Trump worked with Russians. But as Grassley, head of the Judiciary Committee, and Graham write, “It is troubling enough that the Clinton Campaign funded Mr. Steele’s work, but that these Clinton associates were contemporaneously feeding Mr. Steele allegations raises additional concerns about his credibility.”

The State Department official involved in the episode, Jonathan Winer, wrote an Op-Ed in the Washington Post Friday in which he confessed to the senators’ chronology while offering a benign description of his motives. Winer also admitted he shared all the unverified allegations from the Clinton hitmen with other State Department officials.

There are many more layers of the onion to peel, but here’s where we are now: It increasingly appears that the Clinton machine was the secret, original source of virtually all the allegations about Trump and Russia that led to the FBI investigation.

In addition, the campaign and its associates, including Steele, were behind the explosion of anonymously sourced media reports during the fall of 2016 about that investigation.

Thus, the Democratic nominee paid for and created allegations against her Republican opponent, gave them to law enforcement, then tipped friendly media to the investigation. And it is almost certain FBI agents supporting Clinton were among the anonymous sources.

In fact, the Clinton connections are so fundamental that there probably would not have been an FBI investigation without her involvement.

That makes hers a brazen work of political genius – and perhaps the dirtiest dirty trick ever played in presidential history. Following her manipulation of the party operation to thwart Bernie Sanders in the primary, Clinton is revealed as relentlessly ruthless in her quest to be president.

The only thing that went wrong is that she lost the election. And based on what we know now, her claims about Trump were false.

          • kookooracharabioso

So what I wanna know is when do we get to sue the “machine” and get our money back plus pain and suffering? We all know that severe financial penalty is the only deterrent for some. So sick & tired of the servants not doing their jobs.

          • Lol, the news here, QV… Its like the national enquirer!!!

QV: Have you ever read “Russia Insider?” Gawd, what a stupid website

          • QV3

            MJ, used to. No more.

        • ITs the nazis on Gab… They think that ranting about Jews, 24/7 is ‘free speech’. They are getting kicked off of all platforms. They think theyre getting kicked off because theyre ‘telling the truth’. They arent.

          • Melvin Polatnick

Badmouthing the Jewish race is bad news. The truth is 99% of Jews are hard working honest people. It is not the Jews fault that they are talented enough to put entertaining words together. Or can make a buck in the world of finance.

          • Mel, Lol. We all know we have unhinged looney toons among our people.

          • QV3

Melvin, it is established the LOSERS of the West bad mouth the Jewish race because they LAG behind, in all positions.
In the East they would strive to emulate the Jewish method of how to prosper faster.
In the West, they sit on their stinky arse and wail, whine, moan, that its all the Jews fault.

          • Patrick Bonacoscia

Free speech does apply to private platforms… and these idiots can’t even understand what the 1st amendment is about.

“The First Amendment does not protect speakers, however, against private individuals or organizations, such as private employers, private colleges, or private landowners. The First Amendment restrains only the government.”

            It’s quite clear no?

          • Well…. I can kick anyone off my blog if I so choose and have. If someone is being an idiot, they’re gone.
Its the same in my home. If someone comes over and acts like a moron and disrespects my home—out he/she goes.
Its the same with the workplace: It does NOT apply. If a boss does not want you to talk about politics, etc. You dont talk about it. Its simple.
Free speech is for criticism of government

    • The point I am making, QV is not that I ‘like’ Twitter, FB or Youtube. Its the fact that they are private co’s and CAN kick us off.–here in USSA

      • kookooracharabioso

And they need to be regulated like the utilities that they are. The current state of affairs makes the argument for private entities being contracted to rebuild our infrastructure a bad idea. For example, we have foreign owned private companies gouging us for water without proper regulation to protect low income fixed income (an ever increasing population except for a recent blip.)

        • QV3

Who’s going to regulate them? Leftists were given free rein and to infiltrate every aspect of American lives and America’s sectors. Why did Americans allow their own constriction? And loss of their freedom? It is so bad today political correctness shuts down father-daughter dance. PC is a derivative of Leftism. Which is COMMUNISM.
It took some very conservative brave hearts to set up alternative sites.
,,, and ,
have already been made. Spread the word.
The indefatigable James O’Keefe launched his important new book American Pravda: My Fight for Truth in the Era of Fake Newswith a week of spectacular undercover videos that exposed Twitter’s policies censoring the views of conservatives and libertarians.
Twitter banned suspended the account of US politician Paul Nehlen after he posted a racist picture targeting Meghan Markle. To Twitter, Meghan Trollop Markle must be defended. While giving full support to the most blatant lies, lewd remarks, and salacious language used on President Trump. the Black cunt , a B-grade actress of no merit, a stripper, is more important to Twitter than a scintilla of respect to the man who is the President of the US.
What do you do with such very mentally SICK rat excrements?

          • kookooracharabioso

Yes I am confused. Certainly the limited government people aren’t going to advocate for the regulations that would permit their message to get out. Hillary would love for the National Popular Vote to become the law of the land but isn’t that the same evil dangerous “populism” she rails against? Meanwhile I am trying to study for the Arizona congressional district 8 special election. Thought I had it figured out – but no – maybe those places you just showed me have some help for me there.

      • QV3

MJ, I think they are now being targeted by the Trump administration. Facebook reports a loss around 2.8 million US. users under 25 last year. 2018 won’t be much better. In the East it is reported facebook users who used the medium to insult politicians, spread lies, or insult other races , like in Singapore, get a midnight knock. And their account is suspended, for good.Facebook is losing young users even quicker than expected, according to new estimates by eMarketer.
Snapchat and Instagram, which offer features for sharing photos and videos that disappear, are growing in popularity among this demographic.
Admittedly, they are formidable . When the American people realise google, etc are their enemy, their reign will end with the typical leftist tantrum.

Well, a British Entrepreneur couple took on Google . And WON.
        It cost Google £2.1BILLION:
Entrepreneurs took on internet giant because their website was downgraded in search results
Adam and Shivaun Raff set up price comparison website ‘Foundem’ in 2005
Within days of launching, they noticed they were being downgraded in results
The couple took their case to the European Commission for Competition
In June 2017, it ruled Google abused its market dominance and handed tech giant a £2.1billion fine

President Trump’s takedown is taking effect. As more prominent L & L & F are brought down and in orange suits, the media channels will fall in line. Or have their licence revoked. And heavily fined.

Been noticing this. Snopes gottalotta funding eh?

Koo, every media, every tabloid, every individual will get funding and full support so long as they belong to the L & L & F club of loony sick.

Agreed. Just so frustrated trying to be well informed – NOBODY has enough time to wade through all the muck & find the truth on every issue.

  • kookooracharabioso

I have been thinking about free speech today as well. . . . but different aspect. Wine, cheese and some spices (?) are examples of products that are regulated for purity, can’t bear certain names if not grown in specific area or produced by certain techniques. We are supposed to have regulation on many items. Not supposed to put “Maytag” on an import produced in unauthorized unregulated conditions. When I see that “stainless steel” colander for $3 “made in India” I wonder if it is made from that radioactive metal that the super poor of that nation work at recycling and wish that the Consumer Product Safety Commission had the funding to protect us as it once did.

A few years ago I did a piece questioning the role that artificial intelligence would play into producing art and would they encode messages that the human eye could not see, hear or appreciate – just for each other. Everybody thought I was cray cray & it is now destroyed. (Because I am an untrained baby in skill.)

    Then I see this;

    and this. . .

I also am offended by the painting but for a different reason. Perhaps my reason inflamed the protesters further?

I once knew a foster child who was warehoused many places in her childhood with paint by number sets. This trained her eye so that in high school she was making money doing photographic like portraits.

Do we dare say that this needs regulation as well? Now more than ever the person with an untrained eye who wishes to purchase art as investment really needs to hire someone trustworthy to advise. For enjoyment I say like is sufficient but many wish to make a statement about themselves with their purchase. The last two days many are laughing at the Obamas but I am waiting for the protests to remove the paintings. (Suuurrre.)

I have often been tempted to blow up a likeness of an image because I am short on time and my senses are not what they once we’re but of course I consider it cheating. I was just going to blow up a rough image not blow up a photograph onto a canvas and put some brush strokes on it. Sheesh! And stencils on walls yes but on a canvas? BUYER BEWARE!

  • DaveForTexas

You’re right…again…”However, Twitter and Facebook are private companies. And, if they don’t want your content there, that’s just the way it is.”
